Our rice is grown in the Champlain Valley of Vermont using the "duck-rice" method of integrated farming. We use no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers of any kind.
This rice is high in fiber and good for general table use. We grow landrace varieties of japonica short-grain rice from northern Japan.

We are pleased to offer USPS flat rate delivery options and for the lower 48, the shipping cost is included in the price. To optimize packaging we use plastic, food-grade liners that save on shipping costs and help to prevent damage during shipping. Default flat rate insurance for products that are damaged during delivery covers up to $100 in damages. If desired, additional insurance is available to cover the full cost of the product in the case of damage during shipment.
